What areas do you service?

We proudly serve private residences and estates on St. Johns Island, as well as select surrounding communities in Vero Beach, Florida. For clients with multiple properties, additional accommodations can be arranged.

Can you manage my home while I’m away for the season?

Yes. Our Property Management service includes scheduled walkthroughs, vendor coordination, security checks, mail collection, maintenance supervision, and more. We ensure your home is perfectly maintained, even in your absence.

How far in advance should I schedule services?

We recommend booking recurring services at least two weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. For one-time or specialty services, we will always do our best to accommodate your schedule.

How is pricing determined for your services?

Our pricing is tailored to the size of your home, the scope of services requested, and the frequency of visits. After a complimentary in-home consultation, we provide a detailed estimate reflecting the level of care your property requires. We believe in transparency—there are no hidden fees, just exceptional service delivered with consistency.

What is your policy on cancellations or refunds?

We understand that schedules can change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a service fee. If you're ever dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours—we will make it right. Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction, every time.
